This patch is the difference between the file an-old.tmac that comes 
with Groff 1.18.1 and the annp.tmac file that the ej2ps script uses.  
While the an-old.tmac file is GPL licensed, the inclusion of small parts 
of the file in order to make a patch file should qualify as fair use.
