<h2>4.3 Configuration - header.inc.php3</h2>
<p>This file contains the header lines for each html page that is generated by
TWIG (with a couple of exceptions), typically this file needs to be customized
for the site that TWIG will be running in. The most important sections
are: </p>
<ol>
<li>the body line</li>
<li>the link and @include lines</li>
<li>the image line</li>
</ol>
<p>If you can't use CSS, the body line should be altered to suite the site's configuration of pages,
this may include the background color, link color, etc. Then remove the link tags, the style tags,
and the lines between the style tags.</p>
<p>If you can use CSS, but don't want to use the theme system, you can change the link tags
and the lines between the style lines.
<p>The image line should be customized to reflect the site's name and logo.</p>
