This implements most one body integrals in the IntV3 library. 
<p>
It is given a function pointer to the <a class="el" href="classsc_1_1Int1eV3.html" title="Int1eV3 is a class wrapper for the one body part of the C language IntV3 library...">Int1eV3</a> member that computes the particular integral of interest. <hr><h2>Member Function Documentation</h2>
