	- READ THIS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING XCAVE -

 Ok. Let's say that you upgrade xcave from 0.7.2 to 0.7.4,
 using 'rpm -Uvh xcave-0.7.4.i386.rpm'. (In case of a first use, forget)
 
 So you upgrade. Nice shot guy, every thing perfect you got your new release. Anxious to check your cellar and
 to examine new xcave functionalities you, like before click on your xcave icons. Nothing 
 happens, you start to curse me, execute xcave from an xterm console and ... coredump.
 Totally upset you mail me, 'rpm -e xcave' then read this.

 Welcome,
 Quiet your anxiety and execute:
 'update_stocks_file -i <path><stock.dat> -o <path><stock.new.dat> -c <favorite country>'
 or
 'update_stocks_file -i /var/xcave/xcave.dat -o /var/xcave/xcave.new.dat -c FRANCE'
 
 now you've got a nice stock file, so execute 
 'echo stocks=<path><stock.new.dat> > ~/.xcaverc'
 or
 'echo stocks=/var/xcave/xcave.new.dat > ~/.xcaverc'
 
 Then  only you can do it, click on xcave icons.
 
 update_stocks_file PARAMETERS

 	-i input file
	-o output file
	-c country 		this option will update origin country of all the wine in you stock.
So if like me, you got 60 bottles of French wine and 10 of foreign, you choose FRANCE. You will have for 
every foreign bottle to modify using 'wine detail windows' in xcave the country from where the bottle come
from. So better to change 10 than 60 :-)

new format of the stock file is something like:
|country|region|appellation|name|vintage|color|winery ....

Don't upgrade stock file from xcave 0.4 or older to xcave 0.7.4 this is not supported. Ask me for an intermediate 
release before.
