This file provides you have successfully installed the projects_application
under egroupware and can access the "Projects" menu page including
Jobs-, Workhours-, Statistics- and Archive-links.

Projects is the main application for Jobs, Workhours, Statistics and Archive.

Jobs mean sub-projects, Workhours is the time you worked on a project, Statistics
creates user- and projectstatistics and Archive shows the closed projects.

The eGroupWare adminstrator has the ability to choose projects_administrators and
projects_bookkeepers.
This users are able to edit the activities list and set preferences for the
projects_application.

The chosen projects_administrators will have an additional link to manage the
activities on their projects_application navbar at the top of the page.

Activities mean global categories of your work for sort your jobs and regulate
the minutes per workunit and the bill per workunit for each job.

NOTE: THE ACTIVITIES NEED TO BE CREATED AT FIRST, BEFORE YOU CAN ADD A PROJECT!

The projects_bookkeepers will have additional links (invoices and deliveries) to
manage the billing section.

The Projects main page contains an ADD button to create projects. There you also
can choose the type of an activity for a project: bookable(no invoice) or billable.
This is important for the invoicing of the added work-hours. If you choose an
activity as bookable only for a project, and sort some hours to this activity
this hours will not be listed in the invoice.

It is possible to create jobs (subprojects) for each project. So you are able to
define several phases of a project.
The projecthours manages your daily jobs.

The project-,activity-,delivery- and invoice-numbers can be auto created or you can
edit them by hand.

If you want to create invoices or deliveries you have to select a customer
before.

You must create an invoice or a delivery first (button 'CREATE INVOICE' or
'CREATE DELIVERY' before you can print them.

A logo.jpg can be found in doc directory. Exchange it for yours or remove it
if you don't want a logo in your invoices or deliveries.

The project - coordinator is the chosen primary employee and authorized
to modify his project.
