<p>The following global shortcuts are available in the main window, the media
tree including albums and the video window:

<dt><kbd>CTRL+PLUS/MINUS</kbd><dd>Increase/decrease aspect ratio (squeeze). Zoom and squeeze are a simple way to choose your
personal tradeoff between aspect ratio distortion, missing image parts and black borders.
<br><dt><kbd>CTRL+MOUSEWHEEL</kbd><dd>Increase/decrease aspect ratio (squeeze).
<br><dt><kbd>ALT+PLUS/MINUS</kbd><dd>Increase/decrease zoom factor

<br><dt><kbd><CTRL>+HOME</kbd><dd>Reset zoom and squeeze

pixels, the window width is adjustetd accordingly.
<br><dt><kbd><SHIFT>+HOME</kbd><dd>Shrink the window such that no black borders are visible abound the video
<br><dt><kbd>B/b</kbd><dd>Increase/decrease brightness.
<br><dt><kbd>S/s</kbd><dd>Increase/decrease saturation.
<br><dt><kbd>C/c</kbd><dd>Increase/decrease contrast.
<p>Brightness, saturation and contrast work only, if the hardware and the currently used display driver
support this.
