The device application should call this function when it receives a 
<TT>UPNP_EVENT_SUBSCRIPTION_REQUEST</TT> callback. This function is 
synchronous and generates no callbacks.

<P><B>UpnpAcceptSubscription</B> can be called during the execution of 
a callback function.
