ATTENTION: This package requires that you have installed and configured Oracle
instant client to be able to use this version of TOra. 

You can download Oracle instant client from:

http://www.oracle.com/technology/software/tech/oci/instantclient/htdocs/linuxsoft.html

If you don't need Oracle database support then please install tora package.
