A default memory allocator that allocates using new char[].
<p>
<code>Reallocatable</code> specifies whether <a class="el" href="classCS_1_1Memory_1_1AllocatorNewChar.html#4b48261b650a74c55122f1573b327f6d" title="Resize the allocated block p to size newSize.">Realloc()</a> should be supported. (This support incurs an overhead as the allocated size has to be stored.)
