<p>The global function <code>csFastRandFloat()</code> has been retired. In its stead is
the new instantiable class <samp>‘csRandomFloatGen’</samp>, which is modeled after the
<samp>‘csRandomGen’</samp> class. Unlike the old <code>csFastRandFloat()</code> function
which was shared by all clients, instances of <samp>‘csRandomFloatGen’</samp> can be
controlled and seeded individually, thus making it far more flexible and
useful. (Note that the more general-purpose <samp>‘csRandomGen’</samp> class is also
able to vend floating point numbers.)
