<p>
This element takes RTP DTMF packets and produces sound. It also emits a
message on the <a
href="/usr/share/gtk-doc/html/gstreamer-0.10/GstBus.html"
><span class="type">GstBus</span></a>.
</p>
<p>
The message is called "dtmf-event" and has the following fields
