Give access to the red component of a <a class="el" href="classitk_1_1RGBPixel.html" title="Represent Red, Green and Blue component for color images.">RGBPixel</a> type. 
<p>
This class is intended to be used as parameter of an <a class="el" href="classitk_1_1ImageAdaptor.html" title="Give access to partial aspects of voxels from an Image.">ImageAdaptor</a> to make an <a class="el" href="classitk_1_1RGBPixel.html" title="Represent Red, Green and Blue component for color images.">RGBPixel</a> image appear as being of scalar type T, showing only the Red component.<p>
