Implement --dialog=<dialog name> option in the settings manager.
This means you can now start it with e.g. "xfce4-settings-manager
--dialog xfce-ui-settings" and it will immediately switch to the
UI contents. Maybe we can make this the default for the Exec
field of all settings dialogs and add use special X-XfceExec
field for the *real* command which is then used by the settings
manager to launch the dialogs.
Also fix a few occurances of GtkIconView/GTK_ICON_VIEW in the
code and set the "follow-state" property of the icon renderer to
TRUE so that the icons are properly prelighted on on mouse hover
events.

Re-implement the way keyboard shortcuts work.
Depend on the latest version of xfconf as it includes some bug
fixes we need for this to work.
Add FrapShortcutsProvider which acts as an abstraction layer over
the /default and /custom storage details. A FrapShortCutsProvider
represents a set of shortcuts, /commands or /xfwm4 for instance.
It automatically clones the default settings when created (if
necessary) and provides two signals: 'shortcut-removed' and
'shortcut-added'.
Rework the conflicts dialog, add a reset button the the keyboard
settings dialog and make the whole settings dialog code a GObject
(XfceKeyboardSettings).

release events. xfce4-settings-helper handles X events instead of
Gdk events and unlike Gdk X doesn't know which of the Super, Meta
and Hyper keys are mapped to Mod2-Mod5. Having <Super>, <Meta>,
<Hyper> or even <Super>Super_L in the accelerator name will cause
the saved shortcut names to be different than the ones generated
by parsing X key events. This should fix bug #4304 although I
suppose it would be nicer to determine which keys are mapped to
Mod2-Mod5 when parsing X key events from the semantic point of
view.
